The Council for promotion of education among estate youth in Sri Lanka and among repatriate youth in south India

In 2002 Cope completed a project giving vernacular education to plantation youth, Sri Lanka and to repatriate youth, south India. Today, Cope works with contact/info on our two local partners Satyodaya (Sri Lanka) and Island Trust (India).
